Regular Program

The regular program is a great fundamental developer. We address all the basics like stance, movement, recoveries, save selections, angle play, and rebound control. Daily power skating is an integral part of this program.

This program is perfect for students 7 – 11 years of age who are still developing basic skills and need reinforcement on the core goaltending areas mentioned above.

​

The dryland program features simple fitness circuits, fitness testing, reflex training, and fun recreational games.
